Are you a robot or a human?

Policies, laws, rules and regulations at work and in the community or country define how us human move and decide. These rules or policies are like syntax in programming authored by brilliant people in the government or management in hopes to create harmonious, equal, and achieve a rational outcome. However, why they were created in the first place? Maybe, because that is a solution of a problem? What is that “problem” then?

Human beings are an intelligent organism, a very complex type of organism especially their mental capacity mix with emotional, physical, and spiritual. They can change in an instant, they face problems and solve them, they fight, they invent and innovate. They are naturally powerful, but that power should be isolated and controlled otherwise humans will follow the rule of the wild “eat or be eaten.” But not all humans are strong, and not all are intelligent that is why the weak but bright created a “policy” or “rules and regulations” to keep everyone safe. But as years went by the policies grew and evolved especially if the weak but bright humans find something new possibilities that could harm them in the future.

Today we are relying on and enjoying much of the policies, law, rules and regulations mandated by our government and/or management. However, there are some implementers that are so immersed in it that they have forgotten that they are humans and now they transformed and acted like programmed robots. They do not think anymore, or perhaps they are tired of thinking at all and they just simply follow of what is written in the policy handbook or lawbook or whatever bible they are referring to manage the herd. I am not sure of why it happens, maybe because they are the type of humans that are weak and not bright? Strong and brilliant humans deviate, question, test, and change these “Bibles” because they believe that policies, rules, laws should move along with the trend, generation, and need.

So now, the question is, what kind of human are you? Are you the weak and dull one or the strong and brilliant human?
